How to Use Shilajit – Shilajit Dosage
Start by taking a dosage of 300-400 mg of shilajit, or one small piece approximately the size of a small pea.
For best results, stir and dissolve in warm water for a few moments and drink on an empty stomach.

Premium Shilajit is safe*

Never take shilajit that hasn’t been lab tested for safety. Shilajit in its raw form contains metal and organic contaminants that must be removed prior to consumption. Our Premium Shilajit has been purified to ensure it does not contain toxic levels of heavy metals or organic contaminants.

Shilajit should not be taken if you have gouty arthritis. Check with your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing.

Got my shilajit within a few days of ordering. It looks, smells, and tastes good. Its only been 3 days, but I do feel a little more energetic and focused, so I’m very optimistic that this will help me out.

I thought this shilajit was really good. Mine lasted me a little over 2 months, but I didn’t take it every single day.

I did notice a significant difference in energy and overall feeling of well-being on the days that I took my shilajit. I was more productive at work, felt more like exercising, and I noticed a libido increase as well.

I gave it 4 stars because mine wasn’t broken up very much, so it was a little difficult to break it into small chunks for dosing purposes. So I had to smash it up myself, and then I used a food scale to measure out 400 mg (I’m a big guy). But not everyone wants to smash up their own shilajit and I don’t think most people have their own food scale.

I like this shilajit resin, but it is so much cheaper to take in capsule form. You can get capsules for less than $20 on amazon. I bought this once to see if it made a big difference, but right now I can’t afford to take it regularly.

If you’re going to buy shilajit, buy it in this semi-solid form. Buy anything else, and you’re throwing your money away. No other shilajit can compare. This stuff is legit, its the real pure stuff and it does what its supposed to.

I bought this shilajit because I saw an ad somewhere about the increased sex drive associated with it. I had never heard of shilajit before and I’m not really into Eastern medicine stuff. However, I wanted my sex drive to be increased and wanted to try something natural. I’m not sure if it would have worked, because I didn’t take it more than 2 days. I thought it tasted weird and took too long to dissolve. If you’re looking for a quick libido fix, there are stronger things out there that can be taken in an easy capsule/tablet.

I’ve tried shilajit powder and capsules. Is shilajit resin everything everyone says its cracked up to be? No, there’s a bunch of hype. Is it a good supplement? Absolutely.

I don’t feel 20 years younger… and the Premium Shialjit didn’t make me a tiger in the sack, but I do have more energy, I have less joint pain, I can exercise better, I move around easier. So I give it 4 stars.

I live in India Haryana and shilajeet resin is very popular here. I have tried so many different shilajeets that I cannot count them. It is cheaper here but most of it is fake or toxic. I bought this one after reading that it was tested and have to say that it is very good.

I’ve bought and taken this Premium Shilajit resin and really like it, although I think more periodic lab tests should be done and posted to this website, along with a YouTube video, or a series of YouTube videos, showing the process of harvesting the shilajit. It’s really, really easy to make YouTube videos these days with smart phones and simple video editing software that comes pre-installed on most computers (like Windows Movie Maker.) I think it would be a huge selling point and promote confidence in the product. Sales would likely go up because of it.

All around a great product…I use this brand and one other…I like this brand for when I’m working because I can easily warm it up and it becomes soft and I can make little balls out of it, in this way I can get approx. the same dose every day without much effort. I find it’s so strong that I have to watch the dose otherwise I will not get to sleep at night. Definitely take this in the morning! But that said, when I really need to stay up, like on my last night shift, i’ll take a little extra and it’ll keep me going all night long. As for the health benefits, I definitely have more energy and feeling of well being.

I ordered shilajit from you guys and the problem I faced is this, the shilajit got tightly stuck to the small polythene packet it came in and I couldn’t separate the two. I couldn’t use the shilajit as it couldn’t be separated from the polythene and was very disappointed. I would request you to package it better so that it’s easier to remove it from the packet that it comes in.

I didn’t receive my order #2194 (July 20, 2018). It is very late. I found an e-mail from a unkown source with a tracking code. I suposed is from my shilajit order. They send it to the wrong country!! I have the proof I input the correct country in my order. Please fix it.
