Due to problems with select countries in our international client base receiving their orders, we must respectfully ask that you accept responsibility for your package. Whether the problems come from customs, incorrect addresses being entered into our system, stealing en route, or another cause, your order can only be processed if you check the terms & conditions box indicating that you accept responsibility for the package and will not hold us responsible for your package failing to arrive. If your package is rejected and returned unharmed to us, we will happily refund your payment, minus shipping charges, but we cannot offer refunds for packages lost in transit, destroyed by customs, or stolen.
